PLATFORM
Bristle is a curated multi-brand platform working with selected local brands.
PAYMENT
Payment methods include COD and secure online payments via bank transfer, e-money, and QRIS.
SHIPPING
Shipping is handled by JNE and J&T across Indonesia.
RETURN
Returns are only accepted for product defects or incorrect shipments within 24 hours after delivery.
DROPSHIP
Bristle also provides a dropship platform for users to sell without inventory via seller.bristle.id.
